Yeah!!! Jeff got an elk. This is not a picture of his elk, I am pretty sure his is bigger. I am so happy that he got one and that he can finally come home now. Jaxon called me to tell me that he helped to clean it all up and out. He said that it was bloody, but he washed his hands! Gross. But, I am glad that they had a good time together.
Other funny things from this trip...
Jaxon called me one day and told me: "We went hiking today mom, in the snow. And I fell on my butt 12 times! Daddy only fell once."
The next day he call and left me a message: "Hi mom, it's me, Jaxon. I walked 5 miles today. Well, goodnight!"

That is so fun that your husband took your oldest on a hunting trip...such a manly man!!! I'm sure he he is having the time of his life and will have a tone of exciting things to tell you once he gets home!!!
