For my Mom...

Happy Mother's day....to pretty much the best mom in the world!! She has taught me just about everything I know, and continues to teach me new things too. I love that she is a happy person. She loves to have fun, cook, go out to lunch/dinner, read, blog, design all sorts of random things, sew, can food, make bread, sing, play the piano and about a million other things. And she is amazingly good at ALL of it!! I feel so very blessed to have her for my mom! Thanks Mom for being you!! I love you!!

Bringin‘ out the big guns…

Hi Jade and Jeff. Yep, getting out the wooden dolls to convert to voodoo dolls. Mother hens tend to be a little crazy when they can't talk to their chicks. I know cell phones are evil and you are still waiting to get the computer you want, so please know I am kidding about really doing any voodoo. Maybe. I just miss hearing about you and the boys. We all know I'm mentally unstable, so just try to remember to call every couple of days! I hear there are some great books in the library on the dark arts. I may have to get a new library card!

Happy Birthday to Jade!

Your birthday shout out is on our blog so I won't duplicate that here. I so wish I had a scanner so I could put something really embarrassing here - little kid pictures are always embarrassing.  I don't really know why, us moms think they are the best. I had this picture from after the Feb. Dune trip, and love that we had all had so much fun.  It was taken outside of Chili's (where else?) on your way home and I love that you all look so happy. Okay, so I repent! I know that I am the worst blogger of all time! But, I still do not agree that I deserved to have the massive picture of myself posted by, yes, my Mom!! I will return the favor someday mom! hahaha! I really have been crazy busy and we don't have a computer @ home! So, even though I have hours on my hands at night, I have no access!! Sorry! I will get better, I swear!
We are still in the process of selling our house. It feels like forever, but I guess it's only been on the market for 2 months! I haven't really packed anything, and we have no idea where we're going to live! haha! I laugh at the spontinaety! (no clue how to spell that word)!
Not much else is going on. I am outta school for the summer, the long 5 weeks of summer that I get anyway!! Not long enough if you ask me, sooooooo much to do, soooooo little time! My kids all got their summer do's! we shaved all of their heads, love it and it's so quick to shower them now!
what else??? Oh, I had a student lend me the book Twilight! I don't know if any of you know this about me, but, I get obsessed when I read. It is a general rule of mine, because of this little-known fact, that I do not pick up a book, any book, no matter what! But, this student was very persistent! and I gave in. Needless to say, I finished all 3 of the twilight series books that are out in 6 days!! sickening! And I finished just in the knick of time. (I am pretty sure Jeff was ready to make me choose, him or the books! I don't know what I would've picked...Just kidding!! Of course I know!) But, luckily I finished. And now, I am officially obsessed with all things twilight related!! I actually think that may be an understatement! But, the next one doesn't come out till August 2nd! Then, the movie comes out in December! Yeah!! In case any of you have read the series, and know the story, I just have to say, I am totally TEAM EDWARD!! haha! :)
Oh, I lost the little cord to my camera that links it to the computer, so I can't post any pics for now! I know I could use the memory card, but, I am techno-retarded, so be patient!
Not a lot of other stuff going on. Kids growing like weeds and already enjoying seeing their cousins more, since school is out! We will come and visit, I swear! Until later! luv ya!

April, May-Now it's June!

Haven't posted for a while, life is crazy busy and it seems sitting down long enough to get it all recorded isn't happening. Time to repent and start putting life where family and friends can keep track a little bit. Miss you all, love you all - gotta get 'er done!
