I love it...

I love these tinted lip moisturizers.  Just a tiny bit of color and peppermint oil.  They double to help freshen breath!  Sweet!
I ABSOLUTELY love, love Clinique Happy perfume!! It is pretty much the best thing ever made!!

I love the eyeliner in Stubborn brown!

Love MAC's Eye makeup remover! It is awesome!

I love their Studio Fixx liquid foundation!

I love their Plush Lash mascara in "brownette"!

I love the pigment pots for eyeshadow!! I love, love the gold color!

I really love their blushes! I get the lighter shades with some shimmer to them to put with any other blush color!
MAC does this really cool program.  When you bring in 5 used bottles/containers of makeup they give you a free product!  Sooo cool. (It's usually an eyeliner, but sometimes it changes)
I am all about anything FREE!!

I absolutely love this body wash!!!! I love the way it smells, yummy coconut, but not too much.  It's a good clean feeling!!  It also makes your skin "oh so soft" and radiant!!! Love, love, love it!! If your looking to try something new, you should give it a try. If you go to softsoap online, you can get a coupon.

Goodbye!!

Mt. Dew!!
Oh how I love you!!
But, our love affair must come to an end.
I will still meet up with you from time to time.
But, we must not see each other daily anymore!!!
I will stick to our break up this time,
you just wait and see!!

Homemade bread!! Mmmmmm....

Mmmmm.....is there anything that smells better than freshly baked homemade bread??? I think not.
I love homemade bread!!  And I really love that I can make homemade bread!!  I am definitely lucky to have an amazing teacher!!  The recipe that she gave me for Christmas, along with the wheat grinder, makes the very best bread ever!!  I will try to get it posted on the cooks blogsite asap!! This pic is from the last time I made bread. It was so very tasty! I need to make more tomorrow!!

Double-fisted pizza eater...

(Out to eat with Granny, Summer, Rylee, Jordyn and Mommy.  We went to some weird little Italian place by Gecko, because Gecko was too busy!)
Here is my double-fisted pizza eater!!  Aden is not the best eater but, when he likes something, he really likes it.  And he eats a lot of it!!  I just need to find more things he likes.  Shouldn't be too hard, right???

Before I forget...

I wanted to record a few funny little things that the kids have said lately, before I forget...

Aden has been particularly funny lately.  The other day Aden was kneeling between the ottoman and the TV.  Jeff slowly picked up a couch pillow and then threw it at him really fast.  Aden ducked just in the nick of time to miss being hit.  He pops up with a huge smile and says "Ha ha you missed me, because I took cover"!! We started laughing hysterically.  Then he kept saying it, because we thought it was so funny.  I don't know where kids get these things.

Then yesterday, on the way home from Tawna's house, he pulls his legs up into his shirt, pulls his arms into his shirt and then lowered his head in too!  He called himself a Transformer.  Too funny! He even tried to make that sound that the transformers make when they are transforming! It was pretty good.

Funny things from the other two...

Jaxon - "Mom, you and Daddy can use my tooth fairy money to help buy a house."
"Going to school is rough, you don't have to go to school.  But you have to take care of me and brothers and Daddy and the house, and that's the hardest job."(well trained : )

Ryker - "Yes, sir!!" (he thinks this is the funniest thing ever, to call me sir)
"Uh, what are we talking about?" (if you've seen Chicken Little, then you understand)

That's all I can remember right now.  I will have to remember to put them down as soon as they say them.  Kids really do say the funniest things!!

(I am sorry that I have so many posts in a row today.  I think this is number 4.)  : )  But, I have not been good about keeping my journaling up.  SO, I must write this down while I am thinking about it.

I went to the adult meeting for our stake on Saturday night and it was awesome.  The speakers were all very good and all of the talks centered on the temple and the home and love.  It was very inspiring.  They talked about some things that I don't remember having heard before.  One of them quoted a past prophet (sorry, I don't remember who) saying that the home is sacred and takes second place only to the temple.  Going on to say that your home should function just like the temple.  Your children should hear good, inspiring music in the home, just as we do in the temple.  And that if they if they are lost or confused there should always be someone there to guide them, just like we have in the temple!  It was such a good meeting and I truly appreciated that the speakers were in tune with the spirit.  It was what I know I needed to hear.  Bro. Anderson, one of the speakers, said that there was never a reason to raise your voice to anyone, especially in anger.  I am so very guilty of this.  I am a yeller.  I hate that I am, and I am trying to get over this huge flaw!!  I truly want my home to feel peaceful and happy.  It does in a small sense, I want it to be more powerful.  I know all of the work that it takes to make a home this way and I intend on making our home our own little temple!!  I am so very grateful for my husband and children.  They are the biggest and best blessings in my life.  They bring me more joy and happiness than I could ever have imagined!!  I am also grateful for all of my family.  My Mom and Dad are the best examples to our family. My brother and sisters and all of the in-laws are also amazing!  All of them are so gracious and helpful, ready and wiling to serve each other wherever, and whenever.  I have the best family anyone could ask for.  And my extended family.  I have wonderful aunts, uncles, and cousins who are an inspiration!  Thank you all for being part of my life!  The best part!  I love you all!

Jaxon and Emmy!

Jaxon was such a good helper Saturday morning.  Little miss Emmy was in such a good mood. He had fun watching me play with her and then he took over and fed her and played with her some more!! She liked him too.  Thank you Jaxon for being such a big boy and wonderful helper for me.  You are a special little man!!

This week

We had the honor of having baby Emmy and Lauren here for a few days this week!! It was pretty fun. Sorry, Taya, I am a bad aunt and didn't take any pictures until Saturday morning, so this is it!!

We had a great time with the girls! Although I was a little sleep deprived, along with every other adult in the house! It was pretty fun to see what it would be like to have girls in this house full of boys!! The final verdict: there is probably a reason I don't have girls!! LOL!!! They are too cute though. And I did discover the key to them being happy....stick them outside!! Both of them absolutely loved being outside. Uncle Jeff was so sweet to take Lauren to the park and they had a great time. Emmy sat in her little bouncer on the porch FOREVER!! Just watching the kids play and stuff. Aden and Jaxon finally warmed up to baby Emmy Saturday morning and then, couldn't get enough of her. Ryker, lives in his own world. If Lauren wasn't sleeping in his room he may not have known that they were even here.
